Enterprise Terms of Service & PTaaS Authorization

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: October 27, 2026 • Version 3.2

1. Agreement to Terms & Statutory Authorization

By accessing or using CodeShield, you represent that you have full corporate authority to bind your organization and that you own or possess explicit written authorization to perform automated security testing on any domain, host, or cloud account registered within your tenant.

2. Strict Compliance with Indian IT Act 2000 (§43 & §66)

Under Sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, unauthorized access, extraction, or security testing of a computer system without owner consent is a punishable offense. CodeShield enforces mandatory cryptographic domain ownership verification (DNS TXT record or HTTP challenge file) before any scan job is scheduled. Any attempt to bypass verification or probe third-party targets without legal consent will result in immediate tenant termination and referral to CERT-In / LEAs.

3. Rules of Engagement & Safe Scanning Mode

CodeShield operates strictly non-destructive, rate-limited penetration testing sweeps. Probes are designed to identify configuration flaws, missing headers, outdated protocols, and exposed interfaces without degrading service availability or corrupting underlying databases. Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) payloads are strictly prohibited and disabled in our engine.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Krishiv Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited provides vulnerability findings "as is" as advisory guidance. Clients retain full responsibility for reviewing, testing, and applying proposed remediation scripts or patches prior to production deployment.
